“Listen I don’t usually leave any reviews on Google maps cos most places are just common or don’t even deserve any effort leaving review but today it was our first time in this franchise and I was very surprised, I mean very surprised First of all it’s got aircon on, tables are clean and wiped out not greasy dirty ones as everywhere else in popular chains. Amazing and Very friendly staff, big shout for Lynn, welcomed us with kids colouring pages and pencils and helped with self service touch screen, if owners reading this review just remember keep and protect Lynn at any cost. You wouldn’t find such service anywhere else in this country. Next: decent size burgers not them small tiny ones from maccys which you need 3-4 to get full. £1 quite large portion ice cream you wouldn’t find anywhere else again. Free drinks refill, has all kinds of Coke and even Dr Pepper. I assume it’s American kind of service and business model which is amazing. I wish this restaurant to thrive and spread even more around the country. Role model to other places! 5 stars given ?????“

“I love this place! If I lived in Manchester I’d probably just move in. Firstly I love the concept, bringing together an awesome range of beers, cocktails & pizza by the slice or whole is spot on. But the execution brings it all together, a slight college / casual vibe it seems the perfect place for groups, couples or random meet ups. The pizzas are excellent and they have a couple of vegan choices.

What’s very telling is the staff all appear to enjoy working there. Super friendly and efficient, any task they are straight on it. The location is great too with lovely seating area outside. 100% worth a visit.“

“My husband Tony and I enjoyed a lovely meal here on 17/8/25. We loved the roast dinners except that the big Yorkshire pudding I had with my dinner was really tough to cut and eat so I left it on my plate after having one mouthful. The dessert I had with clotted cream was also very nice. I didn’t complain as the rest of the meal was delicious. I was very pleased to see that after a woman had left her table, a kind lady sitting opposite her suddenly got up to get the forgotten handbag and loudly said “you have left your handbag behind”. No response so the very thoughtful lady walked quickly to give it back to her. It was so nice to see a very honest and thoughtful lady being so helpful.“

Ordered one starters was a bit pricey for what it was just a prawn cocktail, was pleased to know that my grand daughters would not have to wait for the children's order as both were 5 years old and 7 years old and were hungry and children at that age do not have any patience to wait. Menu looked very interesting. I Enjoyed the prawn rasta pasta but found it quite hot, my daughter had the burger which she said tasted burnt and only ate half my son thoroughly enjoyed his meal waka waka chicken steak. Explained to the waitress that my daughter did not enjoy the burger and said taste burnt she agreed to take this off the bill. Overall experience good.“

“Been going to the Carter and fitch for many years now..food great staff brilliant…we are in our 70’s and go for Sunday lunch every week and as a treat have a bottle of Chardonnay but today totally shocked at the increase in a bottle of wine from £30 to £38 WOW to think when we started visiting the Carter and Fitch the price for the same wine was £24….sorry but from now on we’ll be drinking lime and soda cannot justify this price increase you are not a Michelin star restaurant…“
